Mac & Beef Casserole and Hungarian Goulash 1/2 pound ground beef 1/2 pound bulk pork sausage 1 medium onion 1 can tomato paste (6 oz) 1 cup water 1/2 teaspoon oregano 1/2 teaspoon salt 4 cups elbow macaroni -- cooked 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded In a 10-inch skillet, brown beef, sausage and onion; drain fat. Add tomato paste, water, oregano and salt; simmer 5 minutes. In a 2 1/2 quart casserole layer half the macaroni, half the meat sauce and half the cheese. Repeat layers using remaining macaroni, meat sauce and cheese. Bake at 375 degrees 20 to 25 minutes. Lisa's Goulash: Elbow Mac Hamburger Tomato Soup Big can crushed tomatoes Celery Frozen corn Onions Chili powder, salt and pepper Cook the hamburger until brown, add the tomato soup, tomatoes, celery, corn and onions.
